With Bach Flower Remedies I can help with guilt, anxiety, despair, poor sleep, grief, loneliness, feeling overwhelmed, lack of confidence, betrayal, anguish, self-sabotage.
Sounds too good to be true? The great thing is that the Remedies can help with all these feelings - and more.
"Treat the patient's personality, not his disease."
- Dr Edward Bach
Developed in the 1930s by Dr Bach, a medical practitioner and bacteriologist who was also keenly interested in the development of vaccines, the Remedies are well-tolerated, and gentle enough to be given to the elderly and children.
The Remedies work on the emotional level, rather than the physical; if you have a physical problem, do seek medical advice.
You can do this while taking the Remedies, because they work on how you feel about your physical problem - for example, you might feel embarrassed by your eczema, and shy away from social gatherings; or you might be at the end of your tether about your broken ankle, or despairing and overwhelmed by hot flushes and night sweats.
There are 38 Remedies - five of which are in the Crisis Combination - and each one relates to a specific emotional state.
They support and balance, they comfort and uplift - and you don't have to believe in them for them to work.
